nexphant/laravel-adapter

Laravel HTTP server adapter bringing the high-performance, persistent Nexphant runtime directly to Laravel applications.

Install

bash
composer require nexphant/laravel-adapter

The service provider is automatically registered via Laravel's package auto-discovery.

Setup

Publish the default configuration file to config/nexphant.php:

bash
php artisan nexphant:install

Running the Server

Start the persistent Nexphant HTTP server to serve your Laravel application:

bash
php artisan nexphant:start
php artisan nexphant:start --host=127.0.0.1 --port=8000

How It Works

The adapter bootstraps the Laravel application kernel once and handles incoming requests in persistent worker processes. Incoming Nexphant\Server\ServerRequest instances are converted into Illuminate\Http\Request objects, processed by the kernel, and streamed back as Nexphant\Server\ServerResponse objects.

This bypasses traditional bootstrapping overhead on subsequent requests, resulting in sub-millisecond response latencies.
